Job Description / Responsibility
- To remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedbacks and requests etc.
- Ensuring timely and professional responses to all complaints, requests and queries received.
- Working and giving necessary support to the admission department for the enrollment of new students at CISD
- Working with the admission department to provide necessary service for the existing parents and students
- Rendering useful administrative support to other departments' whenever needed, by CISD management

- Must have good computer skill
- Polished communications skills - both verbal and written in Bengali & English
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Candidate must be very smart looking, pleasant, patient and of friendly attitude
